This part controls the timing in the sub 2,500 RPM range. Please note troubleshooting these systems is given an “Experienced Expert” rating. We do publish a specific help guide for this system, plus general advice on how to solve the issues with aging CDi ignition, all free to download from the technical support page of our website. Please note there are no ‘problems or issues’ with this system other than now it is aged and end of life. Once fully restored back to OEM spec it should prove to give another 30+ years of service.
