Suzuki TS185 | TS250 6 Volt Charging System Stabiliser

Rex’s charge system up-grade is intended for TS models 1973-78 that have a separate charge and lighting coils in the generator.

Once fitted the 6 volt stabiliser kit controls the charging acccording to load – a huge improvement over the fixed resistor Suzuki used. Ideal for owners who want to keep the bike 6 volts but with reduced likelihood of battery acid spilling on to the cycle parts due to over charging.

Stops the battery being constantly over charged. It does not make the lights brighter or convert the electrics to 12 volts.

This kit has a ‘Pro’ skill rating meaning you must have good mechanic’s experience and understand wiring.
