If you are looking to fix a failed system or a performance up-grade for your ignition Rex’s have the answer. Our stator kits are chosen by customers around the world as they are simple to fit and give fantastic results. ‘Roadster’ kits are so named as they are designed to simply plug in to standard road bike wiring looms making wiring extremely simple.
Our focus is always on performance. We build our stator kits in-house at our Robertsbridge facility so we retain control of the process, our stator kits precisely match each model. We provide after sales service and a full range of spare parts for our stator kits.
Rex’s Roadsetr ignition replaces the stator, CDi unit, lighting coil, regulator & rectifier – and gives a nice boost in power too!
We’ve taken away all the guess work from timing and set up, fit and forget, you don’t even need a timing light! The 12 volt kits plug directly in to standard wiring looms, no crimping or wiring to stock Yamaha wiring needed. We do however point out older machines or those from other markets may have connectors changed or differences but these are simple issues to overcome.

The kit contains; a new 12 volt stator and ignition source coil, 12 volt lighting coil, electronic ignition unit, new HT coil, voltage regulator & fitting manual.
Carefully check the flywheel as 250 bikes had many different numbers. We cover most options but you must get the correct kit, our technicians can be e-mailed for advice if you find a different flywheel to the one you think should be fitted.
